DESCRIPTION
PWR263S-35-R270F is a 35 W power resistor manufactured by Bourns using thick-film technology on alumina ceramic substrate in a D2PAK (TO263) surface-mount package. The device features a resistance value of 0.27 O with ±1% tolerance, maximum inductance of 0.1 µH, and thermal resistance of 3.7 °C/W, enabling efficient heat dissipation in high-power applications. It operates across a temperature range of -55°C to 155°C with a temperature coefficient of resistance of ±100 PPM/°C, maximum operating voltage of 250 V, and dielectric strength of 2 kV AC. The resistor is RoHS and AEC-Q200 compliant, electrically isolated from the backplate, and compatible with lead-free solder reflow processes. Common applications include current measurement, snubber circuits, bleeder circuits, and discharge circuits in power electronics and automotive systems.
