DESCRIPTION
RJ22FP502 is a 1/2-inch square multiturn cermet trimming potentiometer (Trimpot) designed for precision adjustment applications in sealed, military-grade environments. The device features a standard resistance range from 10 ohms to 1 megohm with ±10% tolerance, infinite resolution, and 25 turns of effective travel, enabling precise voltage and resistance adjustments. It operates across a temperature range of -65°C to +150°C with a temperature coefficient of ±100 ppm/°C, and delivers 0.50 watts power rating at 85°C (400 volts maximum). The potentiometer is sealed per MIL-PRF-22097 specifications, includes flexible leads (7 strands of 30 AWG), and features wiper positioning at 50% of actual travel range ±10%. This component is ideal for instrumentation, signal conditioning, and military/aerospace applications requiring reliable, adjustable resistance in harsh environments.
