DESCRIPTION
The RJ50FP101 is a 1/4" round single-turn cermet trimming potentiometer (Trimpot) designed for industrial sealed applications and listed on the QPL per MIL-PRF-22097 and High-Rel MIL-PRF-39035. It features a resistance range of 10 ohms to 1 megohm with ±10% standard tolerance, infinite resolution, and an adjustment angle of 240° nominal. The device operates over a temperature range of -55°C to +150°C with a temperature coefficient of ±100 ppm/°C, and provides 0.5 watt power rating at 85°C (300 volts maximum). Its sealed construction with Fluorinert seal test at 85°C, combined with high insulation resistance of 1,000 megohms at 500 VDC and dielectric strength of 600 VAC at sea level, ensures reliable performance in harsh industrial environments. The RJ50FP101 is ideal for precision trimming applications in instrumentation, control systems, and equipment requiring MIL-spec compliance and long-term stability.
