DESCRIPTION
RJR24FW102R is a 3/8" square multiturn trimming potentiometer designed for industrial and sealed applications requiring high reliability and precision adjustment. This cermet-element device features a 1 kO nominal resistance with ±10% tolerance, infinite resolution, and 25 turns of effective travel, enabling precise voltage and resistance adjustability of ±0.01% and ±0.05% respectively. The potentiometer operates over a temperature range of -55°C to +150°C with a temperature coefficient of ±100 ppm/°C, maintains insulation resistance of 1,000 megohms at 500 VDC, and is rated for 0.5 watt at 85°C with a maximum dielectric strength of 1,000 VAC at sea level. It meets MIL-PRF-39035 high-reliability specifications with a 0.01% failure rate, includes 10,000-hour load life at 0.5 watt and 85°C, and is commonly used in instrumentation, signal conditioning, and precision calibration circuits where sealed, multiturn adjustment and military-grade performance are essential.
