DESCRIPTION

RJR24FW105R is a 3/8" square multiturn trimming potentiometer designed for industrial applications requiring precision adjustment and high reliability. This cermet-element potentiometer features a 1,000,000 ohm (1 MO) resistance value with ±10% tolerance, infinite resolution, and sealed construction meeting MIL-PRF-39035 high-reliability specifications. The device offers exceptional adjustability with voltage accuracy of ±0.01% and resistance accuracy of ±0.05%, supported by an insulation resistance of 1,000 megohms minimum at 500 VDC and dielectric strength of 1,000 VAC at sea level. With 25 turns of effective travel, a temperature coefficient of ±100 ppm/°C, and operating range from -55°C to +150°C, the RJR24FW105R delivers stable performance across demanding environmental conditions. The potentiometer is rated for 0.5 watts at 85°C and 10,000 hours load life at 0.5 watts, making it ideal for precision instrumentation, military electronics, aerospace systems, and other applications where reliability and accuracy are critical.
