DESCRIPTION
RJR24FW504M is a 3/8" square multiturn trimming potentiometer featuring a 500 kO nominal resistance value with cermet element construction and sealed design for industrial applications. The device offers exceptional adjustability with voltage accuracy of ±0.01% and resistance accuracy of ±0.05%, combined with infinite resolution across 25 turns of effective travel. It meets MIL-PRF-39035 high-reliability specifications with a 0.01% failure rate, operates over a temperature range of -55°C to +150°C with a temperature coefficient of ±100 ppm/°C, and delivers 0.5 watt power rating at 85°C. The potentiometer features 1,000 megohms minimum insulation resistance at 500 VDC, 1,000 VAC dielectric strength at sea level, and is qualified for 10,000 hours load life testing. These characteristics make it ideal for precision instrumentation, military electronics, aerospace systems, and other demanding applications requiring stable, accurate resistance adjustment with high reliability.
