DESCRIPTION

SDR0302-4R7ML is a surface-mount power inductor from Bourns' SDR0302 series designed for input/output filtering in DC/DC converters and power supplies. The device features a 4.7 µH inductance with ±20% tolerance, a quality factor (Q) of 18 at 7.96 MHz, and a self-resonant frequency of 45.0 MHz, providing excellent performance across a wide frequency range. It incorporates a ferrite DR core with enameled copper wire and silver/nickel/tin terminals, delivering a rated RMS current of 1.2 A and saturation current of 1.350 A with a maximum temperature rise of 40°C at rated current. The inductor's ultra-low profile of 2.5 mm and compact 3.0 mm footprint make it ideal for space-constrained applications in portable communications equipment, camcorders, and LCD TV power supplies, while its RoHS compliance ensures environmental compatibility.
