DESCRIPTION

SRN5020-220M is a semi-shielded power inductor from Bourns designed for DC/DC converter applications and portable electronics. It features a 22 µH inductance with 20% tolerance, a maximum DC resistance of 0.312 O, and a rated RMS current of 1.0 A with a saturation current of 0.90 A. The inductor operates over a temperature range of -40°C to +125°C and has a self-resonant frequency of 13 MHz at 2.52 MHz test frequency. Its compact semi-shielded construction with a maximum component height of 2 mm, combined with ferrite core and enameled copper wire, makes it ideal for space-constrained applications such as notebook computers, digital video cameras, and LCD display systems.
