DESCRIPTION

SRN6028-220M is a semi-shielded power inductor from Bourns designed for use in DC/DC converters, notebook computers, digital video cameras, HDDs, cellphones, and LCD displays. The inductor features a 22 µH inductance with 20% tolerance, a maximum DC resistance of 0.162 O, and a rated RMS current of 1.4 A with a saturation current of 1.3 A. It operates over a temperature range of -40°C to +125°C (including 40°C temperature rise at rated current) and exhibits a self-resonant frequency of 14 MHz typical at 2.52 MHz test frequency. The device is constructed with a ferrite core, enameled copper wire, and magnetic epoxy resin coating, offering RoHS compliance and halogen-free construction for reliable performance in compact power management circuits.
