DESCRIPTION

SRP1265A-1R0M is a shielded power inductor from the Bourns SRP1265A series, designed for high-current power applications. It features a 1.0 µH inductance with ±20% tolerance, measured at 100 kHz / 1 V, and utilizes a carbonyl powder core for excellent performance. The inductor offers a minimum Q of 20, a self-resonant frequency (SRF) of 45 MHz, typical DCR of 1.7 mO, maximum DCR of 2.3 mO, rated RMS current (Irms) of 30 A, and saturation current (Isat) of 48 A. With an operating temperature range of -40°C to +150°C and AEC-Q200 compliance, this component is well-suited for automotive and industrial power conversion applications requiring high saturation current and shielded construction.
