DESCRIPTION

The TBU-CA025-100-WH is a high-speed, bidirectional circuit protection component designed to protect against faults from short circuits, AC power cross, and lightning surges. Constructed with MOSFET technology, it features a minimum trigger current of 100 mA, a peak impulse voltage rating of 250 V, and a continuous AC RMS voltage of 100 V. This device operates with a fast blocking time of under 1 µs and has a typical series resistance of 7.1 Ω in a compact DFN surface-mount package. It is ideal for protecting sensitive electronics in applications such as VDSL cards, process control equipment, and test and measurement systems.
