DESCRIPTION
29701 is a high temperature polyimide label (B-652) designed for dot matrix and laser printing applications. It features a matte greenish/amber finish with permanent acrylic adhesive and a total thickness of 0.0044 inch (0.111 mm). The label offers excellent thermal performance with short-term high service temperature up to 536°F (280°C) and long-term service at 356°F (180°C) for 1000 hours, along with low temperature resistance down to -94°F (-70°C). It provides strong adhesion to various surfaces including stainless steel at 47 oz/inch (51 N/100 mm) after 24-hour dwell and a dielectric strength of 10,000 Volts. When used with Brady Series R5000 ribbon, it meets SAE-AS81531 and MIL-STD-202G Method 215K requirements, making it ideal for printed circuit board and electronic component pre-process labeling applications.
