DESCRIPTION

The THT-16-724-2.5 is a B-724 series thermal transfer printable polyimide label stock intended for identifying components through harsh manufacturing processes. It is constructed from a greenish/amber polyimide material with a matte finish and a permanent acrylic adhesive, resulting in a total thickness of 0.0044 inches (0.111 mm). This label is designed to withstand multiple cycles of harsh condition washes and meets MIL-STD-202G and SAE AS81531 standards when paired with a Series R4300 ribbon. It offers a wide service temperature range, tolerating short-term exposure up to 330Â°C and continuous use at temperatures down to -70Â°C. These features make it highly suitable for reliable identification through processes like wave soldering and reflow.
