DESCRIPTION
XTHT-20-8425-1 is a BradyBond gloss polypropylene thermal transfer printable labelstock designed for general purpose labeling, asset identification, rating plates, and warning/instructional applications. The material features a white polypropylene substrate with a gloss finish and permanent acrylic adhesive, with a total thickness of 0.0031 inch (0.0787 mm). It offers strong adhesion to various surfaces including stainless steel at 41 oz/inch (44 N/100 mm) after 24-hour dwell, and demonstrates excellent performance across a wide temperature range from -94°F (-70°C) to 194°F (90°C). The labelstock is UL Recognized to UL969, CSA Accepted to C22.2 No.0.15-95, and RoHS compliant, making it suitable for applications requiring regulatory compliance and durable identification.
