DESCRIPTION
The PNR-2608 is a NEMA 4X enclosure designed for protection in harsh industrial and outdoor environments. It is available in polycarbonate (light gray or clear) or high-impact ABS (dark gray) materials, with polycarbonate variants offering UV stabilization and a service temperature range of -40°C to +120°C, while ABS variants operate from -40°C to +80°C. Both materials meet UL94-HB flammability ratings and feature a sealed silicone gasket design with four M4 threaded inserts for secure mounting. The enclosure dimensions are 2.425 inches (A), 2.365 inches (B), 2.965 inches (C), and 2.412 inches (D), with a recessed area 0.045 inches deep and mounting bosses for M2.5 metric or M4 sheet metal screws. This enclosure is ideal for protecting electrical components, control systems, and instrumentation in corrosive, wet, or dusty applications where NEMA 4X compliance is required.
