DESCRIPTION
The CMB-053-27GNN-W-A is a thermal circuit protector from the CMB-Series, designed as a compact single-pole push-to-reset thermal circuit breaker for overcurrent protection. It is rated for 5 amperes at 125–250VAC or 32VDC, with a dielectric strength of 2500 VAC (1 minute) and an interrupting capacity of 2500 amps at 32VDC. The device features an insulation resistance of 100 megohms, operates across a temperature range of -10°C to +60°C, and maintains a voltage drop below 0.25V. It includes a 3/8" 27 UNS mounting hole (27), white button (W), and screw terminal configuration (G-type mixed terminals with 80° bend load), with an embossed legend indicator plate marked "Suppl. Prot. press to reset." The protector holds approvals from UL, CUL, CSA, TUV, and CE, including UL1500/ISO8846 for marine and ignition protection, and is RoHS compliant.
