DESCRIPTION
CGT-12M-1.0 is a mini bimetallic overload relay with differential current and phase failure protection, specifically configured for a 1.0 A setting range. The relay features 1NO+1NC trip contacts and is classified as Trip class 10A according to IEC60947-4, with ambient compensation across -5 to 40°C. It can be directly mounted on mini contactors (CGMS-6A, CGMS-9A, CGMS-12A, CGMS-16A) using screw clamp connection, or mounted on DIN rail or screw surfaces using the optional AZ-12H base. The device is designed with a compact physical size of 44 mm width, manual/automatic reset convertibility, and trip-free design for enhanced reliability. It withstands vibration of 10-55 Hz at 2g and shock resistance of 5g, making it suitable for industrial control applications requiring overload protection in motor starters and contactor circuits.
