DESCRIPTION
CTG050 is a core balance transformer designed to detect differences in current flow on lines running through the coil, identifying potentially hazardous current leaks. It features a 50 mm internal diameter, a current transformer ratio of 1000/1, and operates within a frequency range of 50 to 60 Hz. The device supports a maximum system voltage of 720 VAC with a rated insulation level of 3 kVAC, a nominal current of 100 A, and an overload current capacity of 600 A. With dimensions of 87 x 98 x 20 mm and a weight of approximately 100 g, it offers easy installation with panel mount fixing flanges. CTG050 is approved for use with Carlo Gavazzi DEA71 and DEB71 earth leakage monitoring relays, making it ideal for protecting electric motors, pumps, and devices installed in metallic structures.
