DESCRIPTION
CGT-12M-4.0 is a mini overload relay featuring bimetallic technology with differential current and phase failure protection capabilities. The relay is rated for 4.0 A and provides 1NO+1NC trip contacts with Trip class 10A according to IEC60947-4 standard. It can be directly mounted on mini contactors (CGMS-6A, CGMS-9A, CGMS-12A, CGMS-16A) using screw clamp connection, or mounted on DIN rail or screw surface using the optional AZ-12H base. The device operates with ambient compensation across -5 to 40°C, withstands vibration of 10-55 Hz at 2g, and shock resistance of 5g, with manual/automatic reset convertible functionality. This relay is ideal for motor protection and overload detection in industrial control systems, offering compact size (44 mm width) and trip-free design for reliable operation.
