DESCRIPTION
RM1C60D50 is a peak-switching solid state relay designed for transformer and highly inductive load applications. It features a rated operational voltage of 600 VACrms with a blocking voltage of 1400 Vp, and a rated operational current of 50 AACrms. The relay operates with a control voltage range of 4.25 to 32 VDC, with a pick-up voltage of 4.25 VDC and drop-out voltage of 1.0 VDC. It incorporates direct copper bonding (DCB) technology, thyristor power units, and opto-isolation rated at 4000 VACrms, providing robust switching performance. The device includes LED indication for output activation status and is housed in a Noryl GFN 1 black housing with an aluminum baseplate. Common applications include industrial transformer switching, power distribution systems, and other highly inductive load control scenarios where peak-voltage switching is required.
