DESCRIPTION
The 80-1-10 is a Soder-Wick® Rosin SD static dissipative desoldering braid designed for fast and safe solder removal from SMD and micro-circuit applications. It features a 0.030" (0.8 mm) width with white color coding and is coated with ultra-high purity noncorrosive Type R rosin flux that quickly and thoroughly removes solder. The braid is packaged on a static dissipative bobbin with 1.0 m (3/8") length per bobbin, and the PermaPak™ barrier packaging contains 25 bobbins per package to ensure maximum freshness and protection from environmental oxidation. It meets or exceeds MIL-F-14256F Type R flux, NASA STD-8739.3 Soldered Electrical Connections, ANSI/IPC J STD-004 Type ROL0, and qualifies under MIL-STD-1686C and MIL-HDBK-263B as a non-ESD generator. This product is ideal for precision rework and repair of fine-pitch SMT pads, wire wrap pins, and solder bridges where minimal heat damage and complete solder removal are critical.
