DESCRIPTION
01-1003-1-0312 is a hex head 5-way commercial binding post manufactured by Concord Electronics, designed for versatile electrical connections. This precision-machined binding post features a brass body with gold plating (per ASTM B488, Type II, Code C over nickel), a polycarbonate head and red insulation, and accepts standard banana plugs through a ø0.16" hole. The unit is rated for 30 amperes current capacity and 1000 VDC working limit, with an 8-32 thread and overall length of 0.92" max. It mounts in panels from 1/16" to 1/4" thick using a 1/2" x 15/32" D-shaped mounting hole and is completely insulated from the chassis. This RoHS compliant binding post is ideal for applications requiring multiple connection methods including banana plugs, clip leads, loop wire clamping, cross-hole wire insertion, and spade lug connections.
