DESCRIPTION
The 01-1050-1-02 is an all-metal commercial grounding binding post designed for secure electrical connections in panel and board mounting applications. The post features a brass body and head with nickel plating finish, providing corrosion resistance and reliable conductivity. It is rated for 15 amperes continuous duty and accepts standard banana plugs on the top head, while the body accommodates 0.000" phone tip plugs or wire and flat lugs clamped between the head and body. The post mounts via a 6-32 screw thread to panels or boards 1/16" to 3/16" thick, with an overall length of 0.688" minimum and a mounting hole clearance for #6 screw (#27 drill size). This binding post is ideal for grounding applications in test equipment, power distribution panels, and industrial control systems where reliable, low-resistance connections are essential.
