DESCRIPTION
The 01-1106-1-0315 is a miniature fluted head 5-way binding post manufactured by Concord Electronics for commercial applications. This binding post features a brass body with gold flash plating over nickel, a polycarbonate fluted head, and a polycarbonate insulation ring for color identification. It accepts standard banana plugs and supports multiple connection methods including clip leads, loop wire around shaft, wire insertion through cross hole, and spade lug clamping. The post is rated for 15 amperes current capacity at 1000 VAC working voltage and is completely insulated from chassis. It mounts via thread mount (6-32 nut) to panels ranging from 1/16" to 1/4" thick, with an overall length of 1.766" maximum and a mounting hole size of 3/8" x 11/32" "D" hole. This binding post is ideal for test equipment, laboratory instruments, and industrial control panels where reliable multi-way electrical connections are required.
