DESCRIPTION
The 102MPW630K is a metallized polypropylene film capacitor rated for 630 VDC with a capacitance of 0.001 µF and a tolerance of ±10% at 1 kHz and 25°C. This axial-leaded component features low ESR and high AC/ripple current capability, with a dissipation factor of 0.001 maximum at 1 kHz and 25°C, and operates across a temperature range of -55°C to +105°C. The capacitor exhibits excellent frequency and temperature stability, with a capacitance temperature coefficient of -200 to +100 ppm/°C and a drift factor of less than 0.5% after 2 years at 40°C. It is constructed with a polypropylene dielectric and metallized film, featuring a flame-retardant polyester tape wrap with epoxy resin end fills (UL 94V0), and is terminated with lead-free tinned leads. The device is suitable for switching power supplies, general-purpose filtering, and AC applications (not across the line), offering reliable performance in demanding electrical environments.
