DESCRIPTION
The 105M02QB47 is a Type CS (Capstick®) metallized polymer network capacitor designed for low ESR/ESL requirements in DC-DC converters and switching power supply applications. Based on the part numbering system, this unit features 1.0 µF capacitance at 250 Vdc rating with a non-inductive, non-polar design and multi-pin leads on 0.10" centers for through-hole or surface mount assembly. The capacitor exhibits an ESR of 0.012 O at 500 kHz and supports an RMS current of 5.2 A at 500 kHz, with dimensions of 0.7" width, 0.30" thickness, and 0.440" length. It operates reliably over a temperature range of -55°C to +125°C with 50% voltage derating above 85°C, maintains a dissipation factor of =1.0% at 1 kHz, and is encapsulated in a rugged conformal coating meeting UL94V-0. This design is ideal for applications requiring high capacitance density in compact packages with superior ripple current handling and minimal inductance.
