DESCRIPTION
The 940C6W4P7K-F is a Type 940 polypropylene film capacitor rated for 600 Vdc (275 Vac) pulse and snubber applications. It features dual metallized polypropylene electrodes providing self-healing properties and high peak current carrying capability with a dV/dt rating of 38 V/µs. The capacitor has a capacitance of 4.7 µF with ±10% tolerance, dimensions of 31.5 mm diameter by 54.0 mm length, and exhibits low ESR of 1.2 mO at 100 kHz with an ESL of 4 nH.
