CDV16FF501JO3F is a 500 pF mica capacitor rated for 1000V DC, engineered for snubber and RF applications requiring high dV/dt capability and flatter insertion loss. This capacitor delivers dV/dt capability up to 275,000 V/µs and maintains controlled, resonance-free performance through 1 GHz, making it ideal for pulse and high-frequency applications.
