DESCRIPTION
MC08FA390J-F is a Type MC multilayer RF capacitor designed for high-frequency, high-power applications requiring excellent RF performance. This 39 pF capacitor is rated for 100 Vdc operation and housed in a compact 0805 case package, making it suitable for space-constrained RF circuits. The capacitor features extremely high Q at UHF/VHF frequencies, natural mica dielectric construction, and is free from thermal cracking with FR4 board compatibility. It exhibits high RF current capability with dV/dt of 20,000 V/µs and maintains stable performance across a temperature range of -55°C to +125°C. Common applications include MRI coils, RF instruments, power amplifiers, tuned LCR circuits, CATV systems, and mobile radio equipment where high-frequency stability and low loss are essential.
