DESCRIPTION
MC12CD010D-F is a multilayer RF mica chip capacitor designed for high-frequency, high-power applications requiring excellent performance at UHF/VHF frequencies. This 1 pF capacitor is rated for 500 Vdc operation in a 1210 case size (3.2 mm × 2.5 mm × 2.0 mm maximum height), offering rugged construction that is free from thermal cracking and compatible with FR4 boards. The capacitor features extremely high Q at UHF/VHF frequencies, a natural mica dielectric that retains high-Q performance to many megahertz, and high RF current capability with dV/dt of 20,000 V/µs. It operates reliably over a temperature range of -55°C to +125°C with capacitance tolerance of ±0.1 pF. This component is ideal for MRI coils, RF instruments, power amplifiers, tuned LCR circuits, CATV systems, and mobile radio applications where superior RF performance and reliability are essential.
