DESCRIPTION
MCM01-009EF561J-F is a multilayer mica RF capacitor designed for high-power, high-frequency applications requiring low inductance and reliable performance at elevated temperatures. This surface-mount component operates at 1000 Vdc with a capacitance value in the 33–250 pF range and features ±5% tolerance (J-code), making it suitable for demanding RF and microwave circuits. The capacitor utilizes mica dielectric material and is constructed with silver-plated, copper-flashed brass terminals for excellent electrical performance. It can operate continuously at temperatures up to 200°C, providing superior thermal stability compared to conventional capacitors.
