DESCRIPTION
MMWA2P1K-F is a Type MMWA metallized polyester film capacitor with axial leads designed for 250 Vdc applications. This capacitor features a capacitance of 0.100 µF with ±10% tolerance and incorporates compact, non-inductive extended windings with epoxy end seals to provide excellent moisture resistance and capacitance stability across the operating temperature range of -55°C to 125°C. The metallized polyester construction provides self-healing characteristics that help prevent permanent shorting due to high voltage transients. With a dissipation factor of 0.75% maximum at 25°C and 1 kHz, and an insulation resistance of 10,000 MO × µF (minimum 30,000 MO), this capacitor is well-suited for general-purpose filtering, coupling, and decoupling applications in electronic circuits requiring reliable high-voltage performance.
