DESCRIPTION
SFC37T20K291B-F is a Type SF AC-rated metallized polypropylene motor-run capacitor designed to provide starting torque and power factor correction for split-phase motors in refrigeration and air conditioning applications. The capacitor features a 20 µF capacitance with ±10% tolerance, rated at 370 Vac, and operates over a temperature range of -40°C to 70°C with a service life objective of 60,000 hours at 94% survival rate. Construction includes an aluminum case with environmentally safe dielectric fluid encapsulation, tin-plated steel terminals, and 4-tine quick-connect lug terminals; the unit measures 2.91 inches in height and incorporates self-healing technology with fault current protection up to 10,000 amps.
