DESCRIPTION
THA122M100AD1C is a Type THA ThinpackTM aluminum electrolytic capacitor rated for 100 Vdc with a capacitance of 1200 µF and ±20% tolerance. This 8.2 mm profile capacitor delivers very high energy density (up to 1.1 J/cc) and is ideal for low-profile circuits requiring high capacitance for bulk energy storage. The device features a 5000-hour life rating at 85°C (for production dates 2020 and beyond), operates across a temperature range of -55°C to +85°C, and has a maximum leakage current of 0.002 CV µA at 25°C. With an ESR of 0.17 O at 120 Hz and 0.11 O at 20 kHz, this capacitor is well-suited for replacing arrays of SMT solid tantalum or aluminum electrolytic capacitors in space-constrained applications requiring reliable bulk storage and filtering.
