ATE21A0520 is a microminiature reed relay from the 2200 Series, designed for automated test equipment (ATE) and RF applications. This relay features a compact footprint of 0.17 in², hermetically sealed contacts for long life, and an epoxy coated steel shell providing magnetic shielding. The 2200 Series offers high insulation resistance up to 10^12 O, high-speed switching compared to electromechanical relays, and optional electrostatic or coaxial shielding for reducing capacitive coupling or achieving 50 O impedance.
