DESCRIPTION

E1015-2361 is a Cam-Lok J-Series male-female adaptor connector designed for single pole power connectivity in industrial applications. This adaptor features a double cam principle that provides a positive, vibration-proof connection with self-compensating wear characteristics. The connector is constructed with high conductivity brass contacts machined to a smooth sliding fit and watertight neoprene insulators that are color-coded for easy phase identification. Locked contacts withstand a pulling force of 1,000 lbs, and the 1/3 turn locking mechanism provides contact pressure approaching 600 lbs per sq. in. for minimum resistance. Common applications include motors, generators, indoor and outdoor lighting distribution panels, and stand-by power systems.
