DESCRIPTION

The 83139007 is a sealed miniature microswitch featuring a double-break flexible leaf snap-action mechanism with IP66/IP67 protection, designed for reliable operation in harsh environments. It is ATEX/IECEx certified for use in explosive gas atmospheres and suitable for Class II equipment up to 250 V without additional protection. The switch offers a nominal rating of 6 A at 250 V AC, with a thermal rating of 11 A, and operates reliably over a temperature range of -40°C to +85°C. Key mechanical characteristics include a maximum operating force of 3 N, a minimum release force of 0.6 N, and a differential travel of 0.35 ± 0.1 mm, with a mechanical life of 5 × 106 operations. This microswitch is ideal for control circuits, safety systems, and industrial automation where sealed, certified switching performance is required.
