Model 17676766-047 is a solid-state battery fuel gauge that provides accurate, easy-to-read state-of-charge indication using a 10-bar LED display. The gauge features Curtis patented technology with all principal circuits integrated into a single chip for long-life reliability and operates across system voltages of 12V, 24V, 36V, and 48V with ±25% operating voltage tolerance. It includes an energy reserve alert at 70% depth of discharge (flashing LED) and an empty status warning at 80% (alternately flashing LEDs), with an optional output signal that drops from 5V to 0V at 80% discharge to control external components. The gauge operates reliably over a temperature range of -40°C to +85°C and meets SAE J 1378 shock and vibration standards, making it ideal for golf cars, commercial cleaning equipment, mobility aids, electric bicycles, electric marine motors, and medical devices requiring dependable battery monitoring.
