DESCRIPTION
DAR72405PU is a UL-approved, normally open high-voltage relay from the DA(UL) series designed for high-reliability applications requiring excellent isolation and switching performance. The relay features a 5kV isolation voltage across contacts with rhodium contact material, delivering low contact resistance of 50 mO (typical 15 mO) and high insulation resistance of 10¹° O. It operates with a 24V DC coil requiring a must-operate voltage of 20V and must-release voltage of 4V, with operate and release times of 3.0 ms and 2.0 ms respectively when a diode is fitted. The relay can switch a maximum of 1000V DC or AC peak at 3A continuous current, with a maximum switching power of 50W, making it suitable for cardiac defibrillators, test equipment, high-voltage power supplies, and other demanding high-voltage isolation applications.
