DESCRIPTION
The DAT72405SU is a UL-approved, normally open high-voltage relay from the DA(UL) series designed for high-reliability applications requiring high isolation voltages. This relay features 5kV isolation across contacts with rhodium contact material, providing low contact resistance of 50 mO (typical 15 mO) and a maximum switching power of 50 W. The relay operates with a 24V DC coil, requiring a must-operate voltage of 20V and a must-release voltage of 4V, with operate and release times of 3.0 ms and 2.0 ms respectively when a diode is fitted. The PCB-mounted design includes M4 fixing studs and 0.25" spade terminals for high-voltage connections, making it suitable for cardiac defibrillators, test equipment, and high-voltage power supplies where excellent isolation and reliability are essential.
