DESCRIPTION
The 081-0111-203 is a Dialight 373 Series indicator base designed for mounting in an 11/16" clearance hole (.688") with a panel cutout of .660" ± .003". It features a T-3 1/4 miniature bayonet bulb base, brass solder terminals with hot tinned elongated slots (5/64" × 1/8"), and a brass housing with black nickel finish. The assembly includes a brass mounting nut with white nickel finish and a phosphor bronze internal-tooth lockwasher with white nickel finish, mounted via an 11/16-27 NS threaded bushing. The indicator base is watertight, meets MIL-L-3661C requirements, and supports mechanical dimming lens cap options (convex, non-diffused, translucent, or diffused) for adjustable light intensity control. This base is commonly used in ground vehicles, aircraft cockpits, naval vessels, power distribution centers, and surveillance systems where reliable visual indication and environmental protection are essential.
