DESCRIPTION
The 551-3307F is a 3mm bi-color LED featuring blue and green emitters housed in a Valox plastic package with separate cathode pins for independent color control. Operating at 25°C ambient, the blue emitter delivers 65–310 mcd luminous intensity with a forward voltage of 2.6–3.8 V, while the green emitter provides 30–140 mcd with a forward voltage of 1.6–2.6 V, both at 20 mA test current. The device offers a 100° viewing angle and peak wavelengths of 468 nm (blue) and 574 nm (green), with a maximum continuous forward current of 60 mA per color and operating temperature range of -30°C to +85°C. This RoHS-compliant through-hole component is ideal for status indication, dual-state signaling, and visual feedback applications in consumer electronics, industrial controls, and instrumentation systems.
