DESCRIPTION

The DEB-B150OG0S is a 14.5 GHz surface mount bandpass filter designed for precision RF and microwave signal conditioning. It features a passband spanning 13.0 to 16.0 GHz with typical insertion loss of 2.25 dB and return loss of 15.0 dB, providing excellent signal transmission while maintaining impedance matching at 50 O. The filter delivers high rejection performance with 45 dB typical attenuation in both low-side (DC to 10.5 GHz) and high-side (18.0 to 25.0 GHz) rejection bands, utilizing DLI's low-loss, temperature-stable materials for minimal performance variation over the operating range of -55°C to +125°C. The fully shielded component is housed in a compact surface mount package measuring 9.53 × 3.56 × 2.24 mm with ENIG termination finish, supporting CW input power up to 5 W when properly mounted with thermal management. This drop-in solution is ideal for satellite communications, radar systems, and other high-frequency applications requiring repeatable, stable filtering performance.
