DESCRIPTION
The PV1H640SS is a panel-mount momentary pushbutton switch featuring a single-pole single-throw (SPST) circuit configuration with a raised flat actuator and stainless steel finish. It is rated for 2A at 36VDC with a maximum contact resistance of 50mO at 1A 12VDC, and provides an insulation resistance of 1,000mO at 500VDC with a dielectric strength of 2,000VAC minimum for 1 minute. The switch operates over a temperature range of -20°C to 55°C, features silver-plated copper contacts, and offers IP65 ingress protection with an electrical life of 200,000 cycles. It is designed for panel mounting with a maximum panel thickness of 8.0mm and includes a hex nut and O-ring for installation, making it suitable for industrial control applications, instrumentation, and equipment requiring reliable momentary switching.
