DESCRIPTION
The TL1240GQ is a green LED indicator component designed for illuminated switch applications. It features a peak emission wavelength of 557 nm with a luminous intensity of 3 mcd at 20mA forward current, and operates with a maximum forward voltage of 2.8V and average forward current of 25mA. The device is rated for 50mA at 12VDC with a maximum power dissipation of 70mW, and includes integrated mechanical switch contacts with 100 milliohms maximum contact resistance and 160±50gf operating force.
