DESCRIPTION

The 482-G111-K1M1-A1S0-50A is a high-performance single-pole thermal circuit breaker designed for extra low voltage wiring systems in vehicles, aircraft, and general-purpose applications. It features a tease-free, trip-free snap action mechanism with push/pull manual actuation and threadneck panel mounting using an M12x1 nickel-plated design. The breaker is equipped with screw terminals (metric thread M4), a thermal characteristic curve of 1.15–1.4 IN, and operates at a rated voltage of DC 28 V (AC 115 V at 400 Hz). With a 50 A current rating, it delivers a typical volt drop of less than 200 mV and provides an interrupting capacity of 3,000 A DC / 1,000 A AC. The device operates reliably across an ambient temperature range of -55°C to +75°C and is approved to UL 1077, CSA C22.2 No 235, and VG 95345 standards, making it ideal for battery-powered machines, tracked vehicles, and process control systems.
