DESCRIPTION

TB100-16 is a 16-pole double row terminal block designed for compact power distribution and signal routing in electrical systems. It features a 300V rated voltage with a 3600V breakdown voltage and supports up to 30A current capacity, making it suitable for industrial control and telecommunications applications. The block utilizes #6-32 phil-slot screws with wire range compatibility from 14-22 AWG copper at 9 in-lbs torque and 12 AWG copper at 15 in-lbs torque, with a center spacing of 0.375 inches (10mm) and 0.30 inches (8mm) distance between barriers. The molded black thermoplastic base is UL rated 94V0 with tin-plated brass terminals and zinc-plated steel screws, operating reliably from -40°C to 130°C. Common applications include input/output blocks for telecommunications power panels, busbars elimination, and general power feed-through requirements in industrial control systems.
