DESCRIPTION
The ECS-327MVATX-1-CN-TR is a miniature SMD 32.768 kHz crystal oscillator featuring MultiVolt™ technology with a supply voltage range of 1.6 to 3.6 V, compatible with 1.8 V, 2.5 V, and 3.3 V power supplies. The device delivers a maximum supply current of 200 µA with a standby current of 10 µA, and offers frequency stability of ±25 ppm over the operating temperature range of -40°C to +85°C. It features a tri-state output function, rise and fall times of 30 ns, a startup time of 5 ms, and phase jitter of 1 pS (RMS), with a duty cycle of 45/55% at half Vdd. The 2.0 × 1.6 mm package size makes it ideal for RTC, low-power portable devices, industrial applications, and IoT systems where compact form factor and extended temperature range are essential.
