It operates over a temperature range of -40°C to +85°C with a storage temperature range of -55°C to +125°C, and features a fundamental overtone order with a maximum drive level of 1.0 µW. The unit exhibits a frequency tolerance of ±20 × 10?4 (±50 × 10?6 at +25°C with 0.1 µW drive), a parabolic coefficient of -0.04 × 10?6 / °C maximum, and frequency aging of ±3 × 10?6 / year maximum.
