DESCRIPTION
The S1D13513F01A100 is a highly integrated XGA external SDRAM display controller designed for embedded systems requiring advanced graphics and display capabilities. It features a 2D BitBLT hardware acceleration engine, sprite engine supporting up to 16 sprites, and dual camera/video input ports with built-in resize functionality, all operating with external SDRAM memory interface supporting 16-bit or 32-bit configurations at up to 100 MHz. The device supports multiple display windows with alpha blending, gamma correction, mirror and 180° rotation functions, 4-channel PWM backlight control, and a 5×5 keypad matrix interface, while operating at core voltage of 1.8V and I/O voltage of 3.3V across an operating temperature range of -40°C to +85°C. Available in PBGA 256-pin and QFP 208-pin packages, the S1D13513F01A100 is ideal for multimedia-rich embedded applications including portable devices, automotive displays, and industrial control systems where graphics performance and low power consumption are critical.
